Metro Inclusive Health has just announced it will begin to offer Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine to Tampa Bay community members that are:
Vaccines will be offered at their St. Petersburg location. You will be required to present a valid Florida ID at your appointment to verify your age. Teachers, law enforcement and firefighters will be required to submit proof of employment/service.Â
The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is being offered to eligible community members at Metro Inclusive Health in St. Petersburg.
Metro’s registration website shows available and unavailable dates to receive the vaccine. Click the date and time you would like to register, and then it will walk you through the registration process.
According to Metro, after you schedule your appointment, you should receive a confirmation email and a consent form to fill out before your appointment. If you are unable to complete the form prior to arrival, they will provide one to you at your appointment. If you have any questions, or if you need to change or cancel your appointment, call 727-321-3854.
