Leslie Lee is a seasoned business leader with a proven track record in financial management and operational leadership. As the former Chief Financial and Operating Officer at a Nationally affiliated nonprofit organization, Leslie oversaw financial reporting, budgeting, grants management, and human resources. She has extensive experience in accounting, strategic planning, and Policy, having progressed through various roles, from community outreach to program leadership.

Leslie holds an MBA in Finance, BS in International Business, BA in Accounting, and certifications in Nonprofit Financial Management, Equality and Inclusion in the Workplace, and Inclusive and Ethical Leadership. She was honored as a CFO of the Year by the Tampa Bay Business Journal in 2024.
