About Brent

Brent Sparks is the Chief Administrative Officer of Metro Inclusive Health, bringing over a decade of leadership experience in administration, operations, and organizational management. Since joining the METRO family in 2011 as an Office Manager, Brent has played an integral role in the organization’s growth and operational success. His journey has encompassed multiple leadership roles, including Operations Manager, Program Director, Senior Director, and Vice President of Administration and Operations, culminating in his current position as CAO.

Brent holds a degree in Business Administration from Evangel University in Springfield, MO. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, he and his wife Natalie now call South Tampa home, where they are active members of Radiant Church.

Outside of work, Brent enjoys traveling, golfing, movies, and spending time with Natalie and their Jack Russell Terrier, Lulu. A passionate sports fan, he avidly follows the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Penguins, Boston Red Sox, and Boston Celtics.
