About Chanté

Chanté joins Metro Inclusive Health as our new Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in financial operations, systems implementation, and risk management across various sectors, including healthcare, federal agencies, and nonprofits. Chanté holds an MBA in Information Systems Management from Southeastern University and a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds multiple certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).

In her previous role as CFO at Health Care for the Homeless in Baltimore, MD, Chanté successfully led business operations, IT, and security functions, significantly improving the organization’s financial infrastructure. Her leadership resulted in timely financial reporting, cost reductions, and a strong internal control system. Chanté has a proven track record of driving quality, efficiency, and accountability while fostering transparency and innovation.
