The Copay It Forward program at Metro Inclusive Health turns your regular pharmacy copayments into healthcare assistance for uninsured patients. As a non-profit healthcare provider, we reinvest in our community by offering top-quality, holistic care to those in need. By choosing Metro Inclusive Pharmacy or one of our official partner pharmacies, your copay helps fund essential services for individuals who may not otherwise have access to healthcare.
It’s simple! If you have health insurance, you can participate in the Copay It Forward program by filling your prescriptions at Metro Inclusive Pharmacy or any official partner pharmacy. Your copay will directly support uninsured patients, making a significant difference in their healthcare access.
In 2023, the Copay It Forward program provided over $755,106 in healthcare assistance to uninsured patients. This innovative approach helps ensure that everyone in our community receives the care they deserve, regardless of their ability to pay.

At Metro Inclusive Health, we believe that quality healthcare should be accessible to everyone. To eliminate barriers, we offer a sliding-scale fee program for patients without insurance. This ensures that no one is denied access to care due to financial constraints. Our sliding-scale fees are based on family size and income to make healthcare more affordable. Proof of income is required at your first appointment and must be updated annually to continue qualifying for the discounted fee schedule.
To participate in the sliding-scale program, you’ll need to provide one of the following forms of proof of income:
Paychecks from the last month
Employer statement for the last month
Proof of self-employment for the last month
Self-declaration of no income with a support statement
Child support documents
Cash settlements
Social Security Administration award letters
W-2 or current tax returns
No one will be denied services at Metro Inclusive Health due to inability to pay. Our goal is to ensure that everyone in the community has access to the care they need.
