Noél A. Israel is a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Behavioral Health Therapist dedicated to your well-being. With over 10 years of experience working with vulnerable children and families, Noél brings a wealth of knowledge in behavioral health, acute crisis intervention, and case management to Metro Healthy Communities. Previous roles as a School Social Worker for the Pinellas County School Board and as a Therapist at the Suncoast Center have further solidified a commitment to providing exceptional, community-based care.
Noél’s educational journey includes a Master’s degree in clinical social work from Florida State University, where Noél was honored as a Jane Addams Scholarship Recipient. In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Noél is FARS/CFARS Certified and actively works to foster ongoing partnerships between field placement sites and Florida State University.
Early in the journey toward clinical licensure, Noél completed impactful student internships at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Bay Pines and Windmoor Healthcare in Clearwater. Supporting combat veterans and working alongside multi-disciplinary teams in acute care facilities shaped Noél’s comprehensive approach to patient care, fostering a deep understanding of biopsychosocial assessments and the importance of tailored treatment planning.
