About Shericka

Shericka Cunningham is a Provisional Marriage & Family Therapist with experience providing behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families. She has a background in mental health, case management, and family intensive treatment services, with clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Shericka takes a person-centered, strengths-based approach and utilizes evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to help clients navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful growth.                                                            

Beyond the therapy room, Shericka presents workshops focused on community and youth engagement as a way to give back, promote mental wellness, and advocate for mental health awareness.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Memphis and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from North Central University. Shericka is also an active member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
