We'll Practice:

Learn how to keep your mind focused on the “here and now,” instead of dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. Feel less guilt and anxiety as you center on the daily values that will help you become the person you want to be.

How would your life change if you could control how you feel? Learn to manage your feelings by analyzing your thoughts and changing your actions. Reduce the time you feel “bad” and increase the time you feel “good.”

Learn how to find satisfaction in a relationship without hurting the person you love or feeling like you’re always giving in. We’ll practice asking for help, as well as how to say “no” without feeling guilty.

Learn what you can do when things go wrong and there’s nothing you can do to change it. Support groups can help you process and cope with upsetting emotions without doing something you may regret later.
